TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OWENS CORNING 2024 CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM OFFER

Offer begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") January 1, 2024 and ends 11:59 PM ET December 31, 2024 or while supplies last, whichever is sooner ("Offer Period"). The offer will be divided into 4 quarterly periods (each, a "Quarterly Period", as outlined in the chart below). Open only to roofing contractors who (i) are legal residents of the 50 United States, DC or Canada; (ii) are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation; and (iii) have been assigned a Customer Loyalty Program Member ID (the "CLP Member ID") from Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt, LLC ("Owens Corning"). The CLP Member ID must be valid at the time of participation. To obtain a new CLP Member ID, please visit www.clprewards.com/faq. Members of the Owens Corning Roofing Contractor Network ("OCCN") are not eligible to participate in this offer. Employees of Owens Corning, Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible for this offer. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable province/territory, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

To participate in the offer, make a minimum purchase of 30 rolls of Titanium® UDL25, UDL30, UDL50 or PSU30 underlayment; 60 rolls of Titanium X30; or 90 rolls of RhinoRoof® U20 or Granulated self-adhered underlayment (each a "Purchase Requirement") during a Quarterly Period. Purchase Requirement is not required to be met on a single invoice or transaction and purchases of eligible Titanium® products may be grouped (e.g., purchasing 15 rolls of Titanium® UDL25 and 15 rolls of Titanium® UDL50) in order to reach the Purchase Requirement. Then, complete a claim form and submit together with your qualifying purchase receipt(s)/invoice(s) in one of the following five (5) ways (each method an "Offer Submission"): i) Online: go to www.clprewards.com, complete the claim form in its entirety and upload the image(s) of qualifying receipt(s)/invoice(s); ii) Participating distributor opt-in: opt-in to a distributor that offers automatic invoice submissions directly to Owens Corning; iii) E-mail: send an e-mail and attach an image/PDF of the claim form completed in its entirety and attach image(s) of qualifying receipt(s)/invoice(s) to submit@clprewards.com with the subject line "Owens Corning 2024 Customer Loyalty Program Offer"; iv) Postal mail: send the claim form completed in its entirety and photocopy(ies) of qualifying receipt(s)/invoice(s) in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: CLP Rewards, P.O. Box 001, Ironia, NJ 07845; or v) Fax: send the claim form completed in its entirety and photocopy(ies) of qualifying receipt(s)/invoice(s) to fax number (800) 655-8043. Offer Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the applicable Submission Deadline date as specified in the chart above to be eligible for that Quarterly Period. Images and/or photocopies of qualifying receipt(s)/invoice(s) must be legible. Invoices that have been previously submitted for the CLP program or any other Owens Corning sponsored programs or offers (including, but no limited to, OCCN) are ineligible. Submission of erroneous, incomplete or illegible information may result in disqualification. All Offer Submissions become the property of Owens Corning. Participants who successfully submit an Offer Submission (as determined by Owens Corning), will each receive a $100.00 gift card, awarded as a $100.00 pre-paid debit card (Estimated Retail Value $100.00) (the "Reward"). Gift cards are valid for up to 12 months, subject to applicable law. Gift card terms, conditions, limitations, and country restrictions apply and are subject to change. Each Reward must be earned with invoice(s) from unique purchase(s) not previously submitted to this or any other Owens Corning sponsored program or offer. Any remainder of sum total purchases that do not meet the Purchase Requirements for Quarterly Periods 1 through 3 will accrue into the subsequent Quarterly Periods, if any. Any remainder of sum total purchases that do not meet the Purchase Requirements at the conclusion of the Quarterly Period 4 will be forfeited. If a participant in this offer becomes a member of the OCCN, qualifying submissions made during the applicable Quarterly Period will receive a Reward for each Purchase Requirement met. Any remainder of sum total purchases that do not meet the Purchase Requirements for the Quarterly Period will be transferred to OCCN and participant will receive no further credit under this offer. Regardless of the person who submits the Offer Submission, the Reward will be issued only to the person or business name associated with the CLP Member ID, as solely determined by Owens Corning. Reward recipients will be responsible for any and all taxes and withholdings (including province/territory, federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Reward not described herein as being awarded. All Reward details are at Owens Corning's sole discretion. Rewards are provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Owens Corning. Failure of any potential Reward recipient to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in Reward being forfeited. Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by Owens Corning, which reserves the right in its discretion to substitute any Reward. Allow approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your Reward after applicable Submission Deadline. Any Reward returned as non-deliverable will be forfeited and will not be re-sent.

Offer is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in Lucas County, Ohio, USA. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Offer, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or any Reward awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA", Title 9 of the United States Code) under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION WITH REGARD TO THIS OFFER, THEN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR PARTICIPATION, YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF THIS, AND ONLY THIS, PART OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY NOTIFYING OWENS CORNING OF SUCH OPT-OUT REQUEST BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE AND MAILING SUCH NOTICE TO: OWENS CORNING ROOFING AND ASPHALT, LLC - 2024 CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM OFFER (ATTN: ARBITRATION REJECTION), P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156 USA. Any opt-out received after the thirty (30) day time period will not be valid, and you must pursue your claim, if any, via arbitration pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Offer), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU OPT-OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS OFFER SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LOCATED IN LUCAS COUNTY, OHIO.

By participating, participants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and to the decisions of Owens Corning, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b) THAT OWENS CORNING; TRYMARK CONSULTING GROUP, L.L.C.; AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY REWARD. Released Parties are not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Offer, including, without limitation, errors, problems or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer or damage to entrant's or other person's hardware or software as a result of participation or use of the Reward. Released Parties are also not responsible for offer participation invitations, Offer Submissions or Rewards that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such Offer Submissions or Rewards are void. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Offer as solely determined by Owens Corning will be disqualified. Owens Corning reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the Offer is compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Offer. Information submitted in connection with the Offer will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Owens Corning's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.owenscorning.com/privacy-policy; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and such Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
